Return Policy

You can choose to return or refund your items within 15 days of receiving the goods. The following conditions apply:

Your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and with all original components;
  • In original packaging (if applicable, with tags);
  • In resalable condition;
  • A proof of purchase is required;
  • Must be returned with any accompanying free gifts.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • If you paid with USDT or ETH, the refund will reflect in your account within 1 business day;
  • If you used a bank transfer, the refund may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

Product Issues: If you still need to return the item (within 15 days), we will provide an exchange, replacement, or refund.

  • If the return window has passed but the product is still under warranty, we will arrange for professional repair services or, if it cannot be repaired, replace or refund your item.

The quickest return method is through one of our global warehouses in 112 countries/regions. Most items (except large items) can be returned, even if they were originally delivered to your home. Exclusions:

  • Certain items, such as food, pierced jewelry, and underwear, can only be exchanged or refunded if defective.
  • Our website will indicate which items are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning DVDs, music, or software, they must be unused and in the original sealed packaging.

Refund Adjustments: If the item or packaging is significantly damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
We may ask for the product serial number or similar information to verify that we provided the correct item.

What is considered proof of purchase? Proof of purchase includes:

  • E-receipt;
  • Order number;
  • Email confirmation.

  • Transaction billing statement;
  • Email address used to purchase the item.
